The Council of the Union of Plort, formerly the Baronial Council, assembles annually in the City of Borrd. Here the ruling powers of Borrd, Wechi, Ozerbord, the Riding, and the Diskord meet to discuss and (theoretically) decide on matters of concern to the Union. All Civilians and Knights of the Union are also invited to visit the Council and contribute their questions and thoughts, though the ultimate decisions lie with the voting members.
