The Refuge of Ozerbord is the smallest of the five nations in the Union of Plort. It has a relatively small permanent population, but is often the host for festivities. Its primary purpose is to serve as a retreat and fortress in the event of the island being attacked. It is ruled by Sir Tomash, as Lord Protector.
